Wheelsline utilizes 12,000-ton forging presses to form aluminum billets under extreme pressure, creating a dense and uniform material structure that forms the foundation of each wheel.
We use aerospace-grade T6061 aluminum alloy, combined with precision CNC machining and multiple surface finishing processes, to reduce weight while maintaining outstanding mechanical performance.
From raw material intake to final delivery, the entire production process is monitored through 27 quality control stages, including engineering simulations, T6 heat treatment, X-ray non-destructive testing (NDT), precision machining, and multi-layer coating systems, ensuring structural safety, consistency, and reliability.
