Lead Time:
Monoblock custom orders require 15 days for standard finishes and up to 20 days for special finishes.
Two-piece and three-piece custom orders require 20–30 days.
Any changes will be communicated in advance at the time of order confirmation.
Production lead time is calculated from the start of manufacturing.
Payment Terms:
An engineering drawing fee of $100 per set is required for design development (included in the total price).
A 50% deposit is required to start production.
The remaining balance must be paid before shipment.
For payments made in RUB, a 3% processing fee applies.
Logistics:
Wheelsline operates its own international logistics service, with damage compensation and guaranteed delivery timelines.
Shipping costs vary by route and typically range from $100 to $300 per set.
